Thread Coverage
Thread amounts are tested to complete the painted 3x3 design using basketweave stitch, one of the most thread-intensive stitches. The surrounding blank canvas is meant to remain unstitched for finishing. If you choose to stitch beyond the painted area or use additional thread, you may need an extra skein. DMC color codes are included so additional thread can be easily purchased if desired.
